With the freshness of the new moon, we will sing, drum, draw and turn inward to witness our thoughts, identify limiting beliefs, and playfully connect to something larger than ourselves.
This month's gathering will honor the release of Kea's new song!
Guided by Kea, we will co-create—a space where we lean into somatic awareness, intuition, and music to explore, shift and heal what lies beneath our current self-perceptions and programs. While this work is guided with deep intention, it is not therapy; it is a communal nourishing of creativity, spontaneity, and radical self-acceptance.
